Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before we talk.
About Our Work
What industries do you work with?
We have delivered AI engagements across financial services, healthcare, professional services, manufacturing, and education. Our methodology adapts to your industry context — we do not force a generic AI playbook onto a specialized business.
How long does a typical engagement take?
It depends on scope. An AI Readiness Assessment takes 2 weeks. A full strategy and roadmap takes 4–6 weeks. Implementation projects typically run 3–6 months. The AI Fluency Cohort is a fixed 6-week program.
Do you build custom AI tools or use off-the-shelf products?
Both, depending on what is right for you. We are not resellers for any AI vendor, so our recommendations are based entirely on your needs. Sometimes the right answer is an existing tool. Sometimes it is a custom build. Often it is both.
What does success look like at the end of an engagement?
Every engagement begins with defining success. We agree on measurable outcomes up front — time saved, revenue influenced, error rates reduced — and we track against those throughout. You will have a clear ROI picture, not just a deliverable.
Can you work with our existing technology stack?
Yes. We are stack-agnostic. Whether you are on Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, or a custom platform, we work within your environment. We integrate AI where it makes sense, not where it just looks impressive.
Do you offer ongoing support after implementation?
Yes. Many clients retain us on a fractional basis after initial engagements to continue driving AI adoption, measure ongoing results, and expand into new use cases as AI capabilities evolve.
About the AI Fluency Cohort
Who is the cohort designed for?
Mid-to-senior leaders and their teams who need to build real AI capability — not just awareness. We work best with teams of 10–50 people who want to move from talking about AI to actually using it.
Is the cohort virtual or in-person?
The cohort is delivered virtually via live weekly sessions, with async coursework and team exercises between sessions. In-person intensives are available for enterprise teams.
What is the time commitment per week?
Expect 3–4 hours per week: one 90-minute live session plus approximately 1.5–2 hours of applied practice with your real work.
Can we run a private cohort just for our team?
Absolutely. Private cohorts are available for teams of 10 or more and can be customized to your industry, tools, and specific use cases. Contact us for group pricing.
